Q. Do you guarantee your work?
A. Yes. If we cannot identify and repair the problem with your computer, you do not pay. This policy applies to both software and hardware issues.
Q. How long are your repairs guaranteed?
A. Virus removal and spyware removal is guaranteed for 30 days. Computer hardware repairs are guaranteed for the manufacturer’s warranty period, which we’ll inform you of before repair is started. Custom-built computers are warrantied for 3 years.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards, local checks from current customers and cash.
Q. How do you bill on-site jobs?
A. Our on-site jobs are billed by the hour. After one hour, we bill on the half hour. The minimum charge would be the one-hour rate.
Q. How do you bill for jobs done in your shop?
A. For jobs done “in-house,” we will give a flat-rate price before we start.
Q. Do you service tablets?
A. No. At this time, we do not service tablets or cell phones.
